Μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που από τη αρχή της ασχολίας της με το μέλι επικεντρώθηκε στο βιολογικό προϊόν, μας προσφέρει με περηφάνια το μέλι της σε πάνω από 10 ποικιλίες. Σεβόμενοι τη μέλισσα και το περιβάλλον και με περισσότερα από 8 βραβεία παράγουν πιστοποιημένο βιολογικό μέλι από το 2007.
Η ελάτη (Abies), είδος κωνοφόρου, εκκρίνει στα βελονοειδή φύλλα του το ζαχαρώδες μελίτωμα. Οι μέλισσες το επεξεργάζονται, δίνοντας ένα πυκνόρευστο μέλι κοκκινωπού χρώματος, χωρίς έντονο άρωμα. Συλλέγεται στα όρη της Πίνδου. Λόγω του χαμηλού ποσοστού σε γλυκόζη δε κρυσταλλώνει ποτέ. Είναι πλούσιο σε ιχνοστοιχεία (κάλιο, μαγνήσιο, φώσφορο, σίδηρο κ.α.)

The fir (Abies), a species of conifer, secretes the sugary honeydew on its needle-like leaves. The bees process it, giving a dense reddish honey, without strong aroma. It is collected in the mountains of Pindos. Due to the low percentage of glucose, it never crystallizes. It is rich in trace elements (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, etc.)
